For Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (“Oncor”) to continue to provide safe and reliable electric service in the North Texas area, a new double-circuit 345 kV transmission line must be constructed from the proposed Ramhorn Hill Switch, which will be located approximately 2 miles south of the intersection of United States Highway 287 and State Highway 114 near Rhome, Texas, and continuing to the proposed Dunham Switch, which will be located approximately 1.4 miles southeast of the intersection of Interstate Highway 35W and Farm-to-Market Road (FM) 1171 in Flower Mound, Texas

For Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (“Oncor”) to continue to provide safe and reliable electric service in the North Texas area, an existing double-circuit 138 kV transmission line must be rebuilt and a new double-circuit transmission line will be built on new structures, both beginning at the existing Keller Wall Price Substation, located west of State Highway 377, northeast of and adjacent to the intersection of Chisolm Trail and King Trail in Keller, and extending approximately 0.3 mile to the northwest, entirely within Oncor’s existing transmission line easement area. The existing double-circuit transmission line will be rebuilt on new structures, and a new double-circuit transmission line will be built on new structures adjacent to the existing transmission line, all within the existing easement area.

Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (“Oncor”) and Lower Colorado River Authority Transmission Services Corp. (“LCRA TSC”) continue to monitor electric demand in West Texas due to significant increases in oil and gas production, transportation, mid-stream processing, and other activities in the Permian Basin. In support of this continued load growth, Oncor and LCRA TSC propose to construct a double-circuit 345 kV transmission line (project) located within Crane, Reeves, Ward, Crockett and Pecos Counties. The proposed project would connect the North McCamey Station, which is located approximately 0.6 mile north of the City of McCamey, and the Sand Lake Station, which is located approximately 6 miles northeast of the City of Pecos on the northwest side of Farm-to-Market Road (FM) 3398. Completion of the new project will provide an essential transmission-level electric source to the area to facilitate future developments and maintenance needs and to generally improve electric reliability to the area. The project has been independently reviewed and endorsed by the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (“ERCOT”) as critical to the reliability of the ERCOT transmission system. The proposed transmission line will be approximately 90-100 miles in length, if approved by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (“PUC”).

All project endpoints will be in the City of Fort Worth.

For Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (“Oncor”) to continue to provide safe and reliable electric service in this area, a new transmission line must be constructed to connect the existing Oncor Redland Switch Station to the existing Oncor Lufkin Switch Station. The Redland Switch Station is located approximately 3.8 miles northeast of Lufkin, Texas, and south of Kurth Lake. The Lufkin Switch Station is located approximately 0.6 miles northwest of Lufkin, Texas, and west of United States Highway 69. The proposed project would construct a single-circuit, double-circuit capable, 345 kV transmission line approximately 7.8 to 11.4 miles in length, to be located within Angelina County along a route selected by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT). The Proposed Transmission Line Project is currently planned for completion in 2024.

In order to ensure it can continue to provide safe and reliable electric service in this area, Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (“Oncor”) is proposing a re-build of an existing 345 kilovolt (kV) double-circuit transmission line, including the addition of a new 138 kV circuit (the “Project”), all within Oncor’s existing right-of-way area. The Project will extend from the proposed Exchange Switch, which will be located southeast of the intersection of Interstate Highway 35W and State Highway 170 in Tarrant County, northeast to the existing Roanoke Switch, located north of State Highway 170, east of the intersection of Henrietta Creek Road and Chaparral Lane in Denton County.
The proposed project will be approximately 3.5 miles in length and is currently planned for completion in 2025.
Voltage and Structure Type – The rebuild will replace each existing double-circuit lattice tower structure with two monopole structures. One monopole structure will accommodate an existing 345 kV circuit and a new 138 kV circuit. The other monopole structure will accommodate the second existing 345 kV circuit and include a vacant position for a future 138 kV circuit.

The proposed Border Tap will be located just over 4 miles north of the intersection of County Road (“CR”) 300 and Grice Field Road. The Atchison POD will be located approximately 14.6 miles north of the town of Mentone. The Proposed Transmission Line Project includes the construction of the Atchison POD and the modification of the Quarry Field Switch Station – Kyle Ranch Substation 138 kV line to create the proposed Border Tap. The proposed project would construct a new single-circuit, double-circuit capable, 138 kV transmission line approximately 8 miles in length, to be located within Loving County. The Proposed Transmission Line Project is currently planned for completion in late 2024, early 2025.

The Quartz Sand Switch is located immediately west of SH 137 approximately 1.04 miles north-northwest of the intersection of SH 137 and SH 158. The proposed transmission line will be approximately 7.15 miles in length, if certificated by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (“PUC”). The Proposed Transmission Line Project is currently planned for completion in 2024.

The Peck Substation is located approximately 9.5 miles south of the intersection of State Highway (SH) 158 and Farm-to-Market Road (FM) 1379, and approximately 3.5 miles west of the Midland and Glasscock County line. The existing Driver Substation is located approximately 4.1 miles southeast of the Peck substation, and approximately 1.4 miles west of the Midland and Glasscock county line. The proposed project would construct a new single-circuit, double-circuit capable, 138 kV transmission line approximately 5.5 miles in length, to be located within Midland County. The Proposed Transmission Line Project is currently planned for completion in 2024.

In order to ensure safe and reliable electric service in this area, Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (“Oncor”) is proposing to build a new double-circuit 345 kilovolt (kV) all within Oncor’s existing right-of-way area. The project would connect the Ranger Camp Switch to Oncor’s existing Morgan Creek Switch to Falcon Seaboard Switch 345 kV transmission line. The Ranger Camp Switch is located approximately 0.7 mile southwest of the intersection of South Farm-to-Market Road (“S FM”) 1229 and State Highway (“SH”) 163, near Colorado City, Texas. The proposed 345 kV tap location on Oncor’s existing Morgan Creek Switch to Falcon Seaboard Switch 345 kV transmission line is located on the west side of the existing Morgan Creek Power Plant. The proposed transmission tap line project will be approximately 1.4 miles in length in Mitchell County.
The proposed project will be approximately 1.4 miles in length and is currently planned for completion by the fourth quarter of 2024.

The Hartring Substation is located approximately 5.8 miles east of the intersection of Ranch-to-Market Road (RM) 2594 and Silo Road (also known as County Road 260). The Upland Substation will be located approximately 0.6 miles west of the intersection of RM 2594 and RM 1555. The proposed project consists of constructing a new double-circuit, 138 kilovolt (kV) electric transmission line approximately 8.8 to 12 miles in length, if approved by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUC). The proposed project is currently planned for completion in November 2025.

The proposed Wofford POI will be located approximately 0.8 miles east of Frankston, Texas, and served by an adjacent proposed switching station to be built by Rayburn Country Electric Cooperative. The proposed Berryville POD will be located roughly 0.1 miles west of Lake Palestine and 1.1 miles south of Berryville, Texas, serving an adjacent customer substation. The proposed project would construct a new single-circuit, 138 kV transmission line approximately 2.0 miles in length, if approved by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (“PUCT”). The Proposed Transmission Line Project is currently planned for completion in 2025.

The location of the planned Reiter Switch is approximately 1.2 miles north of the intersection of State Highway (“SH”) Loop 338 and Farm-to-Market Road (“FM”) 3503, south of Odessa, Texas. The Tesoro Switch is located approximately 1.5 miles southeast of the intersection of Interstate Highway (“IH”) 20 and SH Loop 338 near Odessa, Texas. The Proposed Transmission Line Project includes modifications to the existing 345 kV switchyard at Tesoro Switch. The proposed project would construct a new, double-circuit 345 kV transmission line approximately 4.0 to 5.2 miles in length, to be built on double-circuit lattice steel towers, between Oncor’s planned Reiter Switch in Ector County and Oncor’s existing Tesoro Switch in Midland County. The Proposed Transmission Line Project is currently planned for completion in December 2026.

For Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (“Oncor”) to continue to provide safe and reliable electric service in the area, a new transmission line must be constructed between Oncor’s existing Riverton Switch in Reeves County and the existing Sand Lake Switch in Ward County. The Riverton Switch is located approximately three miles southeast of Orla, Texas. The Sand Lake Switch is located approximately six miles northeast of Pecos, Texas. The proposed transmission line project will be approximately 39.5 miles long and parallel an existing Oncor 345 kV transmission line within existing right-of-way, if approved by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (“PUCT”). The Proposed Transmission Line Project is currently planned for completion in 2026.

For Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (“Oncor”) to continue to provide safe and reliable electric service in the area, it proposes to construct a 345 kilovolt (kV) transmission line project connecting Oncor’s existing Watermill Switch to its proposed Wilmer Switch (Project). The Project will involve rebuilding and constructing transmission facilities in south Dallas County between the Watermill Switch, located approximately 3.5 miles west of the intersection of Interstate Highway 45 and Malloy Bridge Road, and the Wilmer Switch, located approximately 0.25 miles east of the intersection of Mason Road and Van Road. The rebuild portion of the Project will be entirely contained within Oncor’s existing right-of-way and the proposed transmission line project will be approximately 4-6 miles depending on the route if approved by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (“PUCT”). The Proposed Transmission Line Project is currently planned for completion in 2026.
Voltage and Structure Type – The rebuild portion of the Project will replace the existing double-circuit lattice tower configuration with two monopole structures. Each monopole structure will accommodate one circuit of the existing double-circuit 345 kV transmission line and the proposed project would connect one circuit of the proposed double-circuit 345 kV transmission line from the Watermill Switch to the proposed Wilmer Switch.
