ONCOR REGULATORY INFORMATION
Oncor is an electric transmission and distribution utility primarily regulated by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT). The company operates according to state and federal regulations to ensure customers enjoy reliable service and full transparency regarding energy delivery rates.
The company's regulatory team ensures compliance with its PUCT-approved electric delivery tariffs and other rules to support Texas' open and fair competitive electric market. The team also works with Commission staff and other interested parties on a variety of company and electric utility industry topics including rate cases, cost recovery, affiliate code of conduct issues and electric service rules and regulations.
