The Commercial Load Management (CLM) Program is designed to reduce demand during the summer peak period in the Oncor service territory in a cost-effective manner and assist in reaching the demand savings goal established by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT).
Eligible service providers will identify electric load at commercial customer facilities served by Oncor that can be curtailed during the summer on-peak hours. Transmission-level, for-profit customers are excluded from the program. Service providers include:

To participate in the CLM Program, service providers must make application to the Program and provide a completed Agreement.
To receive incentive payments, the demand savings must show a reduction in electric demand, which is determined through a verification process where Oncor reviews data recorded on electric meters and calculates the amount of demand savings achieved.
