MOVING IN
For moving into a location that already has electrical service or a meter installed, please follow the quick steps below to begin the process to initiate electric service for your location:

Locate your ESI ID here. This will help you to determine if the location is within Oncor’s service territory. It will also be helpful when providing details to your chosen retail provider!

Choose a retail provider and electric plan online or by calling Texas Electric Choice at 1-866-797-4839.

Share the last 7 digits of the location’s ESI ID with your chosen retail provider.

Your chosen retail provider will send a move-in order for Oncor to initiate service.
