WHAT IS THE LOW-INCOME WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM?

Oncor provides incentives to participating service providers for implementing energy-saving improvements in qualifying homes. These upgrades are low or no cost to the residential customers. Oncor's residential programs typically run from February through November on an annual basis.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED, WE WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU QUALIFY.

LOW-INCOME WEATHERIZATION QUALIFICATIONS:

Incentives cover all weatherization projects for qualifying customers. Homes must have Oncor as their electric delivery provider. Residential customers have an annual household income at or below 200 percent above the federal poverty guidelines. See chart below to see if you qualify.

Service Providers are third parties not affiliated with Oncor. Oncor is not a party to the agreement between the consumer and the Service Provider. The Service Provider is solely responsible for the performance of the work and contract fulfillment. Any listings of Energy Efficiency Service Providers available from this website are not associated with or endorsed by the Public Utility Commission of Texas. Most energy efficiency programs are available from January – November on an annual basis.
