WHAT IS THE HOME ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROGRAM?
Oncor provides incentives to participating service providers who implement energy saving projects, such as insulation, and heating and cooling upgrades. Oncor's residential programs typically run from February through November on an annual basis.
BEFORE YOU GET STARTED, WE WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU QUALIFY
HOME ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS:
Homes must have Oncor as their electric delivery provider. Homeowners and renters (who have permission from the owner) may participate. Incentives may cover all or some of the project costs completed in the Home Energy Efficiency Program.

Service Providers are third parties not affiliated with Oncor. Oncor is not a party to the agreement between the consumer and the Service Provider. The Service Provider is solely responsible for the performance of the work and contract fulfillment. Any listings of Energy Efficiency Service Providers available from this website are not associated with or endorsed by the Public Utility Commission of Texas. Most energy efficiency programs are available from January – November on an annual basis.
