HOW DO I GET MY INCENTIVE CHECK?

Oncor does not provide incentive checks to customers.Incentives are paid directly to the service provider who then determines how much is passed along to the customer. Your provider may cover some of the energy-saving measures implemented. However, services vary and may be subject to additional costs.
