ENERGY CONCIERGE PROGRAM

The Energy Concierge program provides a Treasure Hunt to identify energy saving opportunities and the development of an Energy Efficiency Action Plan to make cost-effective reductions in energy costs. The program offers unique incentive to help pay for facility staff time to develop the Action Plan and to pay incentives for energy savings from operational changes and custom capital investments. And, for a limited number of interested customers, it provides a Strategic Energy Management (SEM) plan. The SEM plan is a continual improvement approach to systematically manage energy and drive operational improvements.
