Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (“Oncor”) has scheduled a conference call on Friday, Oct. 30, 2009, at 9 a.m. Central Daylight Time to discuss its third quarter 2009 operational and financial results. Oncor plans to release its third quarter financial results in its Sept. 30, 2009, Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, which is expected to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission no later than Oct. 30, 2009, at 8 a.m. (CDT).

The call will be webcast live at www.oncor.com under the “News” tab in the Investor Information section. A replay will be available on Oncor’s Web site later that day for those unable to participate in the live event.
