Restoration News

09.02.2010
Storms producing gusty winds, heavy rain and frequent lightening moved through the metroplex yesterday afternoon and throughout the night.

Areas around Tarrant and South Dallas County were impacted the most.

This includes towns such as Forth Worth, Arlington, Desoto, Grand Prairie and Waxahachie. Storms continued to move through this area overnight causing some additional outages as well as slowing the overall restoration progress.

Oncor crews are working to restore power as quickly as possible. The majority of customers affected by the original storm will be restored throughout the day with some possibly taking longer depending on the amount of work required.
