What is eTRACK?

 The Oncor eTRACK system is a web based tool which allows the customer or customers’ designated representatives to submit and track an interconnection request from inception to completion (where the permission to operate is granted).                                                                                                                                 

Why do we use it?

The eTRACK web based tool enables users to submit, track the status of their application and receive system generated electronic updates (to the customer or their designated agent) as the project steps through the interconnection process. The tool reduces overall processing times, allows for improved project tracking and reporting, and reduces administrative cost of DG interconnection.
